Our Mobile and Connectivity teams will be available as normal up to 16:30 on 24th December. From then until 2nd January '26, they will be operating an Out of Hours (OOH) service support model:
Mobile: 08:30 – 22:00
Connectivity: 24/7
All other products: support continues as normal
