Today marked an important milestone for Intercity graduates as we celebrated their graduation in a surprise ceremony.
The ceremony gave the graduates an opportunity to reflect on their success having undertaken an intensive 12 month programme at Intercity. This involved the graduates working across different departments within the business and included mentoring and coaching programmes, project work, customer visits and events, as well as classroom and offsite training.
Our graduate programme was designed to provide graduates with an in-depth understanding of how the business operates and the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge from experts within the company, improving their business skills through a diverse range of activities.
The graduate scheme demonstrates our continued commitment to investing in quality recruits in order to help us achieve our goals.
