Enterprise communications and IT specialist, Intercity Technology, has secured its place on the G-Cloud framework for the third year running, strengthening its commitment to driving the success of the public sector through technology.
The G-Cloud 10 is the latest version of the framework that allows public sector organisations to quickly source pre-approved IT suppliers and access cloud technology from trusted providers through the Government’s Digital Marketplace portal.
Following a rigorous application and selection process, including a supplier declaration, submitting service information, and compliance checks, Intercity Technology has been approved to provide cloud hosting, software and support to the public sector under the new framework.
Intercity Technology already works with a wide range of organisations in the public sector, including Lambeth Council and East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust.
Ian Jackson, Chief Commercial Officer at Intercity Technology, said: “Our inclusion on the G-Cloud framework is testament to our commitment to delivering innovative solutions to public sector organisations.
“We believe that people-first technology is key to boosting the capacity of the public sector and helping it serve the public in a more efficient way. From facilitating communication between councils or using technology to diagnose and treat patients in hospital, there are endless applications across the public sector.
We’ve already seen technology transform the operations of many of our customers and we look forward to working in partnership with more forward-thinking organisations via the framework.”
