UC Expo Success for Intercity Telecom

The Intercity Team had a successful couple of days at UC Expo last week. As the sun shone down on Olympia, we had an array of visitors to our stand to watch Orbit demos, to compete in our Intercity Racing game and to get a picture with the elusive Stig.

Maria Grant, Intercity’s Product Director, asked the question, ‘Do You Know What You Don’t Know?’ in her seminar, which showcased statistics from our recent study into the disconnect between IT Managers and IT users. Exploring IT priorities, decision making and challenges and comparing these with IT user responses gleaned from the research, Maria provided advice to the audience about what can be done to bridge the gap.

Our Orbit demo proved to be a great success as our Product Manager, Sean Barnes and Orbit Specialist, Peter Lee walked a number of people through our unified communications platform, discussing the features and benefits it can provide for businesses.
