Our customer's journey starts with our colleagues. That's why we've invested in several initiatives relating to development and the progression available within Intercity. This includes a management academy, continuous professional development courses for all colleagues, and a companywide skills matrix so that our colleagues have transparency on the skills required for career progression, which has resulted in a 3* accreditation from Best Companies and a 4.9 star rating on Glassdoor!
Fulfilled colleagues means happier customers, which is reflected in our Net Promoter Score of +79, up 13% in the past 12 months. This increase is proof of our promise to continuously improve and develop our customer satisfaction strategy and deliver industry leading customer service.
